What's the catch?
No catch — just read the meter. Every plan includes usage (100 calls on Lite; 500, 1,000 or 2,500 AI minutes on Core, Pro and Elite), and past that you pay a published per-minute rate (50, 45, 40 or 35 cents). There are no per-call charges, no after-hours premiums, no seat fees and no setup fees. The one thing to watch: a month well past your included usage costs more.
Is there a per-call cap?
