Connected Van System

GetTimePad Fleet Hub

A self-healing in-van hub that turns every service vehicle into a connected node: 4K cameras, live GPS, on-board AI and 24/7 local recording — wired straight into your GetTimePad dispatch. Built for the real world: hot, cold, rain, long hours.

Connected service van with roof-mounted satellite internet and cameras, live GPS

Multi-Camera 4K Video

Cabin, back-of-van, front-road and roof coverage in 8MP / 4K — full situational awareness inside and out, all recorded locally.

Live GPS + 30-second Trail

A precise fix every 30 seconds feeds live tracking, breadcrumb history and proximity dispatch inside GetTimePad.

On-Board AI Detection

An edge AI accelerator flags people, vehicles and events on-device — clips are cut and uploaded automatically, no NVR required.

24/7 Local Recording

Everything records first to local NVMe storage in the van. Nothing is lost — footage uploads over Starlink or shop Wi-Fi as bandwidth allows.

Self-Healing Power

Independent relay channels let the hub power-cycle Starlink, the camera network and USB devices automatically — and remotely from your dashboard.

Camera Health Monitoring

A nightly report and instant alerts tell you the moment a camera, the GPS or the connection goes quiet — before you ever miss footage.

Fleet Hub Protection+ (optional add-on)

$19/mo per vehicle

Full-coverage protection: any hardware that fails — cameras, hub, GPS, power — is replaced at no charge, swap labor included, with a loaner unit while yours is serviced. Add it to the own-the-hardware plan for coverage beyond the included 2-year warranty, or to any plan for total peace of mind.

Prefer one-time? Extend the purchased-kit warranty a 3rd year for $399.

Internet connectivity is customer-supplied. For always-on coverage on the road we recommend a Starlink Mini, purchased directly from Starlink (hardware plus its own monthly service). The Fleet Hub includes the in-van power adapter and wiring to run it — or it works on any shop Wi-Fi or existing cellular connection.

Built to self-heal

If the connection or a device hangs, the hub power-cycles it automatically and reboots itself if it ever freezes — no drive to the shop.

Never lose footage

Local-first recording means an outage only delays the upload. Clips catch up the moment a connection returns.

One connected system

Cameras, GPS and audio feed the same GetTimePad dispatch your office already uses — not a separate dashcam portal.

Frequently asked

Do I need Starlink?

No — the Fleet Hub runs on any shop Wi-Fi or existing cellular connection. For always-on coverage while techs are on the road we recommend a Starlink Mini, which you buy directly from Starlink. The hub includes the in-van power adapter and wiring to run it.

Where do the cameras go?

A typical install covers the cabin, the back of the van, the front road view through the windshield, and an exterior/roof view — recorded locally in 4K. You can also bring your own validated ONVIF/RTSP cameras.

What happens if the internet drops?

Everything records to local storage in the van first, so nothing is lost. Footage and GPS catch up automatically the moment a connection returns, and the hub can power-cycle a stuck connection or device on its own.

Is there a contract?

The no-money-down plan is a 36-month term at $199/mo per vehicle with everything included. Prefer to own the hardware? Buy the kit and keep just the $149/mo platform, which you can cancel anytime.

What about failures and warranty?

Both plans include a hardware warranty (full-term on the no-money-down plan). Optional Protection+ ($19/mo) covers all hardware replacement plus swap labor and a loaner for as long as it is active.
