What they need
It asks whether the caller needs a replacement key, a spare or programming.

The vehicle and the key
It gets the year, make and model, then asks whether the car starts with a push button or a turn key, so it prices the right key. It does not quote before it has the vehicle.

It checks the address with Google and works out the distance from your shop.

One total
It looks up your price for that vehicle and key, or uses your default price for that type of key when the vehicle is not on your list. It adds your mobile fee for the distance, any sales tax you set and an after-hours fee for a visit outside 9 AM to 7 PM Central time, then says one total.

Booked or sent
It books the job in a one-hour window and can text an optional 50% deposit link; the booking does not depend on it. If the caller wants to think about it, it texts them the quote instead.
