AI receptionist for locksmith lockout calls
What happens on the call: Core, Pro and Elite
The plans that quote car jobs and book them, from $500 a month.
- 1
Location first
A caller who is locked out wants someone on the way, so the AI asks where they are before anything else and checks the address with Google. When the caller cannot give a usable address, it texts them a link that shares their exact spot from their phone.
- 2
The vehicle
For a car it asks the year, make and model, and whether the car starts with a push button or a turn key.
- 3
One total
It looks up your lockout price for that vehicle in the price list you load, or uses your default lockout price when the vehicle is not on the list. It adds your mobile fee for the distance from your shop, any sales tax you set and an after-hours fee for a visit outside 9 AM to 7 PM Central time, then says one total.
- 4
Paid before it is booked
Lockouts are paid up front. The AI texts a secure payment link, checks that the payment went through, and only then books the job. If the caller does not want to pay the full amount, it can offer a 50% deposit. It does not book a lockout with nothing paid.
- 5
On your calendar
Once the payment is in, the job goes on your calendar and the caller hears the arrival time you set.
What KeyBot Lite does on the same call
The message-taking plan, $149 a month. It answers in English and Spanish and takes the message; your team calls back.
- Asks what they are locked out of and, for a car, the year, make, model and color, so your tech can spot it.
- Gets their name and confirms the callback number using the last four digits of their caller ID.
- Pushes for a usable location: a cross street, a landmark or the parking lot they are in.
- If a child or pet is locked in a vehicle, it tells the caller to call 911 first.
- Tells the caller when your team will call back (you set that time). It never books or promises an arrival time.
- Sends you the message and the call recording in Telegram as soon as the call ends.
What it will not do
- Its prices come from your price list, or from your default price for that type of job when the vehicle is not on the list. You can change those defaults in your dashboard.
- On Core and above it does not book a lockout before the payment link is paid.
- On KeyBot Lite it does not book, take payment or promise an arrival time.
