How it uses your service area
On Core, Pro and Elite (from $500 a month) the AI checks each caller’s address with Google and measures the distance from your shop. Inside your service radius, the caller hears your price plus your mobile fee for that distance. Outside it, the AI opens a callback request for your team instead of saying no.
On KeyBot Lite ($149 a month) you describe your service area when you set it up. When a caller is clearly outside it, the AI says so plainly and still sends you their details.
English and Spanish
Both plans answer in English and Spanish by default. You can choose English only.
